The important visible features of this spider are the smoothly arched carapace, the glossy black body surfaces, and the longitudinal fovea.
This is a leaf litter spider and is readily caught in spider pit traps.
Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: Storena formosa, Habronestes species, and Neostorena species.
