Unknown so treat with caution; its bite may lead to pain and mild human illness but apparently no bitings of humans have ever been recorded; it jumps strongly so could accidentally enter clothing and might then bite

It is perhaps the most attractively patterned oxyopid found in South-east Queensland.
Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: This spider is either very similar to, or the same species as, Oxyopes elegans.
