Arkys species? (very similar to some Archemorus species as illustrated by Ramon Mascord)
| Body length: |
female: about 6 mm
male: perhaps 3 mm
| Habitat: |
This spider clings to green leaves and flowers with little evidence of a web, using its colour scheme and retracted legs to hide its presence and allow it to ambush any insects that might approach
| Toxicity: |
Unknown, but probably too small to be able to envenomate a human and not aggressive anyway

The most obvious visible characteristic of this small araneid is the presence of two long projections extending backwards and sideways from the abdomen as well as an elaborate pattern of lateral spines on the first two pairs of legs. Also noteworthy are the eyes, three pairs of which are on projections.
Spider(s) with a very similar appearance: None.
