USQ bus services

In 2013, USQ will continue to provide bus services to Ipswich and the Centenary Suburbs. On a trial basis for Semester 1 only,  there wil be a new service to the Beaudesert area.

The Ipswich bus service will commence near the Bremer TAFE at Bundamba; travel to the Bell Street bus stop and then out through Newtown, Raceview and Yamanto before reaching the campus via the Centenary Highway.

The Centenary Suburbs bus service includes Inala, Oxley, Middle Park, Jamboree Heights, Mount Ommaney, Jindalee and Sinnamon Park.

The Beaudesert bus service will commence in Beaudesert and then travel via Jimboomba, Flagstone, Greenbank before arriving at the campus.

Translink bus services

Timetable information is available from TransLink. The bus stop is just a one minute walk from the front door of the USQ Building.

Please note that the bus stop for Route 535 (PDF*211KB) has changed and is now located at Wellness Way.

Train

A rail line to Greater Springfield with a station close to campus is currently under construction. TheRichalnds to Springfield rail project is due for completion in 2013.

Buses link nearby train stations to USQ Springfield. Timetable information for the Ipswich Rosewood line services are avaialble from Translink. The closest train stations are:

• Goodna station with a Translink bus service to USQ Springfield
• Redbank station with a Translink bus service to USQ Springfield
• Wacol station with a Centenary Suburbs bus service to USQ Springfield
