Advertising on CareerHub

CareerHub is an internet based job board available to all USQ students.

What it offers

Employers may advertise casual, full-time or vacation work or graduate opportunities free of charge at any time throughout the year. The students can access the employment website 24 hours a day from anywhere in the world.

Advertising your job on CareerHub

Registration

Simply register your company details on the CareerHub employer website. Once you have submitted your company details they will be approved by our Careers and Employment staff.  You can then access CareerHub as often as you like using the username and password that you have specified.

Confirmation

An email will be sent to you to confirm that you are registered and eligible to lodge jobs. From here it is simply a matter of lodging the job details. Should you have any problems lodging your jobs on CareerHub, our staff at Careers & Employment are happy to assist you.

How students access the advertised positions

Students may choose to view jobs by their Faculty (Arts, Business, Education, Engineering & Surveying, or Sciences) or by the type of work they are seeking (casual, graduate, work experience or vacation). Students will apply for the job directly to you according to the application procedure you provide. They do not contact USQ Careers about the job offer.

The advertisement will automatically come down on the closing date you specify. However, you are welcome to make changes to the ad anytime by logging in using your username and password.
