Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment - eCoe

Provider Registration and International Students Management System PRISMS is an electronic system, managed by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR).

The PRISMS system enables:

  • These programs are registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
  • Education providers to meet registration and reporting requirements, by ensuring all students accepted to study in Australia, for longer than 12 weeks are issued an electronic confirmation of enrolment (eCoe).
  • Dept of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) to assess the genuineness of an application and length of a student visa, based upon the information contained in the eCoe.

Information provided by prospective and accepted students to USQ, may be made available to Commonwealth and State agencies and the Fund Manager of the ESOS Assurance Fund, pursuant to obligations under the ESOS Act 2000 and the National Code.

If you are applying to study at USQ in Australia for the first time, please follow the How to apply instructions.
