Dear student,

At the end of each semester courses are chosen to be evaluated by students and the feedback is used by the university to improve the quality of our courses. This course has been selected for evaluation this semester. 

We request that you complete a short survey. The first section will provide us with feedback regarding the course, student evaluation of courses (SEC). The second will provide us with feedback regarding the quality of the staff or materials and the support that you have received as a student. Each course survey takes between 5-10 minutes.

The survey can be accessed from http://cma.usq.edu.au.

To fill out the survey:

1. click on the link: http://cma.usq.edu.au 
2. log on using your user name and password
3. select a course from the list
4. click on the 'Do survey' button
5. complete the survey
6. click the 'SUBMIT' button

Go back to the course list and select the next course.

Please remember to submit the survey.
