Mark submissions icon Mark submissions - Upload feedback files and marks

Under Mark submissions markers upload their feedback files, comments to students and internal comments to course examiner and marks.

Steps

  1. Go to the following URL: http://ease.usq.edu.au
  2. Login – use your USQConnect username and password.
  3. Select Current Courses.
  4. Select appropriate course name.
  5. Select Assignment Management.
  6. Select appropriate Assignment.
  7. Select Mark Submissions.
  8. Navigate to particular student.
  9. Add comments to student if you wish.
  10. If there is an attachment (eg Feedback file), select Browse, navigate to appropriate file on your computer and select file, select Open. If you have more than one attachment for the student, select ‘Attach another file’.
  11. Add Mark.
  12. Select ‘Add an internal comment’ if you wish to create a comment for the Course Examiner.
  13. Select box beside Flag for moderation.
    (This places a red flag beside student name on management screen and is an alert for the Course Examiner that there is an issue that needs to be followed up. The mark you enter will not be transferred to GradeBook until Course Examiner deals with issue and removes the Red flag.)
  14. Repeat for all students as needed.
  15. Select Save or Save Changes as you go.
