Set up Assessment sets

This setup is for the whole course and need be performed only once.

Assessment Sets Setup is designed to give more flexibility for Course Leaders in grouping Assessment into different submission dropboxes if they so wish. All assessment pieces for that course are displayed as individual SETS (eg Set 3 - Assignment 1 Toowoomba (external), Set 4 - Assignment 1 - Toowoomba (on-campus) ) - as per Figure 1.

OR group the modes (Figure 2) into 1 dropbox per assessment piece (eg Assignment 1 – Toowoomba external & Toowoomba on-campus).

Steps:

1. To group together - select Automatically assign – this will automatically group assessment piece and modes together (figure 2 above).
   
   NOTE: This information is pulled directly from Sched - if for some reason, the different modes will not group, check the spelling of the Assessment Name or spacing eg Assignment1, Assignment 1. If this occurs, use the dropdownbox to manually move the assessment piece to the correct Set.
   
   
2. Select Save changes.
3. You have now completed your Assessment Sets setup.
