How to get help
If you require any assistance in access to or use
of USQConnect or your USQStudyDesk you are able
to access online information and/or contact support staff to ask
USQAssist gives answers online to many commonly
asked questions regarding USQConnect and USQStudyDesk.
Asking a question
If you cannot find the answer to your question, use the ‘Ask
a Question’ tab at USQAssist [online]. You will need your USQConnect username and password.
