Students at USQ Toowoomba campus have access to a multitude of academic resources and support services.
Library and study spaces
USQ's award-winning Library supports students, wherever they are, with a collection that includes over 300 000 books, several thousand journals, reference and audiovisual material. If you need a quiet place to study or space to complete a group project, the Library has a computer lab, a number of group study rooms and places for you.
Student computer labs and wireless access
Several computer labs are open for students, including one 24/7 lab. The labs provide students access to Windows and Mac computers, scanners and printers.
USQ’s wireless local area network is available to students throughout the USQ Toowoomba campus. Internet quota restrictions do apply.

Art gallery and theatre
USQ Artsworx showcases emerging artists from our Faculty of Arts programs as well as professional guest artists.
Heritage Bank (ph: +61 7 4636 1183) is located in the C Block in the Quad. A Commonwealth Bank ATM is also available in the Refectory.
The USQ Bookshop sells all new textbooks needed for USQ courses. The bookshop also sells software, calculators and stationery.
If you are looking for childcare facilities close by, Mirambeena Children's Centre located in Baker Street (near McGregor College) offers childcare from three months to lower primary school age.
Take the time to stroll through one of the most peaceful and beautiful parks in Toowoomba. The University's Japanese Gardens are Australia's largest and most traditionally designed Japanese garden.
Places to eat
Looking for a bite to eat? Ideal for grabbing a quick coffee before class, the newly established Hub Café provides a hot and cold café menu that caters to a variety of tastes. The Refectory close by also offers a range of food and drink options. The nearby open aired seating is a good spot to catch up for lunch with a friend or study while you eat.
There are also vending machines situated throughout the campus and microwaves located in the hub area for those who need to heat up their lunch from home.
Darling Heights Post Office provides you with all of the services Australia Post has to offer from post and mailboxes to phone cards and money ordering for your next overseas holiday. Sport and recreation
Lead an active lifestyle? The USQ Works Health and Recreation Club at the Clive Berghofer Recreation Centre is located on campus so there are no excuses for missing your next workout!
Feel part of the Toowoomba community and join the Student Guild. Not only does the Student Guild organise social, cultural and sporting events but it also offers professional development opportunities, legal assistance and academic and personal support. It also operates a second-hand textbook website.
