Airfares

USQ have a commercial airline agreement for air travel only with Qantas Airways Pty Ltd. This agreement is for a 3 year period during which time Qantas Airways will be the preferred airline for travel (international and domestic) by USQ staff.

It should be noted that we have a separate agreement for a travel management company (travel service provider) which is currently World Travel Professionals.

The use of USQ's appointed travel services provider is mandatory for arranging all travel services required in accordance with the Section E7 Directed Travel Policy and Section E8 Conference and other Assisted Travel Policy. This must be arranged via your respective Travel Officer.

The normal mode of travel will be discounted Economy Class airfares. As these fares usually involve advance purchase, it is essential that travel arrangements be made as early as practicable.
