The last decade has seen major changes in the role and function of class teachers and specialist support staff. Such activities require a high level of skill in communication, in collaborative consultation, and in interpersonal problem solving.

SYNOPSIS:

In this unit the student is introduced to the theory and practice of collaborative consultation and related communication and interpersonal problem solving skills.
