This is the capstone unit in the human resource management specialisation. Students undertaking the unit will explore contemporary issues in human resource management using appropriate investigative techniques to develop research projects. Assessment will be based on an original piece of research conducted by the student and a final examination. This unit is recommended for students in the final year of their human resource management major.
