Synopsis

This  unit  emphasizes  the advanced interpersonal  and  communication
skills  needed  for the effective integration of office staff/services
within  modern  organisations.  In the computer  applications  section
students  are required to complete a number of exercises demonstrating
the  means  by  which integrated software packages can assist  in  the
dissemination/presentation of office information.
