This unit seeks to provide students with an appreciation of the current trends and issues in one or more selected fields of business law SUCH AS insolvency law, corporate law, trade practices law. Attention is given to recent case law and statutory developments. The effect of developments in the law are examined to see how they impact on the carrying on of businesses.
