Synopsis


In  order to introduce students to the impact of law on commerce,  the
unit  looks initially at the Australian legal system and the  judicial
process  - the way in which legal decisions are made.  It then  covers
in  some  detail relevant substantive areas such as contract,  agency,
consumer protection and bankruptcy.
