Synopsis
As the practicalities of a market economy determine that businesses
will fail, insolvency law is an integral part of the legal framework
of business. This unit seeks to build on a very basic understanding
of bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. The unit develops areas of
practical significance in the areas of non terminal insolvency
administrations such as Part X arrangements, voluntary administrations
and receiverships.
