Synopsis

This unit is based on an action learning approach in which
students are expected to evaluate their own performance.
Students will be required to undertake project work involving
the application of psychological skills in organisational
settings and seminar presentations.  The topics covered will
include employment testing, training design and evaluation,
and organisational change strategies.
