Synopsis

In  studying  the  unit students will undertake a detailed  review  of
current  journal articles and other literature relating to  children's
learning in science studies begun in the core science  education unit,
in the major conceptual areas of life, matter, energy, earth and space
will  be  extended.  The  unit  will also incorporate  a  school-based
independent  project as well as a detailed study  of  primary  science
curriculum planning.
