Synopsis 

Drawing  upon a framework from the Social Sciences, the unit  provides
information   about,   and   analysis   of,   contemporary    regional
relationships.  The role and impact of Australians  in  Asia  and  the
Pacific,  and  Asians  and  Pacific Islanders  in  Australia  will  be
examined.  Attention will be given to the personal and  social  skills
that will facilitate Australia's role in our region.
