Synopsis

The three goals of developmental psychology are to describe, explain,
and optimise human development. This course provides students with
the knowledge necessary to achieve these goals.

The course takes a life-span approach, but concentrates on the
earliest phases, from conception through adolescence, introducing
students to the challenges, achievements, and difficulties
encountered at each phase.
