Synopsis

This  unit  introduces  students to the range  of  skills,  conceptual
foundations  and  management and administrative  procedures  connected
with   effectively managing an administrative environment. It examines
the   key   internal  environmental variables such  as  organisational
structures and personnel   and  introduces  the  theory  and  practice
of  effective communication. Students will gain experience in business
applications emphasizing word processing to an advanced level.
