Synopsis

A strong grounding in the modern theories of finance will provide
students with the ability to critically assess materials from the
contemporary finance literature. This unit provides a nexus between

corporate financial decision making. Emphasis will be given to
decision making under conditions of uncertainty, the value additivity
principle, capital structure and cost of capital, dividend policy,
asset pricing models and option pricing theory.
