Synopsis

This  unit  highlights  and analyses the growing  interaction  between
government  and  business in Australia in areas  such  as  assistance,
regulation  and  industry policy formulation. Both the  processes  and
institutions  involved  in the interaction are explored  and  emerging
issues  such  as  corruption, sustainable development,  and  the  Mabo
decision are examined.
