Synopsis

This  unit examines the impact of law on the enterprises that  conduct
international business and on particular transactions entered into  by
such  enterprises. Initially the unit will explore the  internationaol
legal  environment and legal aspects of the structures  through  which
business  may  be  conducted  overseas. Then  the  focus  will  be  on
individual transactions. The coverage will be of the legal aspects  of
international    contracts    of   sale,   international    transport,
international  payments, marketing and licensing,  dispute  resolution
and regional groupings.
