Synopsis

In  order to introduce students to the impact of law on business, this
unit  looks initially at the Australian legal system and the  judicial
process - the way in which legal decisions are made. It then covers in
some  detail areas of the law relevant to business, such as  contract,
business  structures, credit management and selected topics  from  the
law   of  torts,  including  product  liability  and  negligent   mis-
statement.
