Synopsis

This  unit  gives  the student a sound knowledge of the  role  of  the
various  systems in supporting physical movement, skills  and  maximum
performance.  Examination  of the varying responses  to  exercise  and
training   takes  place  through  the  testing  of  various   physical
capacities in the laboratory and the field setting.
