Synopsis

This  unit  will examine supervisory processes within the  context  of
changes in Australian education. Participants will analyse the role of
supervision  as  they  develop professionally to meet  these  changes.
Participants  will develop skills which will enable  them  to  develop
appropriate supervisory practices within their schools, both with pre-
service  and  in-service teachers. For this, access to an  educational
setting where supervisory practices can be implemented is required.
