Synopsis

This  unit  will  present  a  leadership course  in  science  teaching
methodology.  Students  will undertake a detailed  review  of  current
literature  relating  to  children's  learning  in  science.  Students
completing  this unit will provide leadership in science education  in
primary  schools. Studies in this unit will promote an advanced  level
understanding  of  research  findings  in  science  education  from  a
developmental perspective.
