Specialist teachers, administrators, guidance counsellors, private educational providers, as well as requiring a broad range of legal issues which impact on their practice, also have to understand the particular legal complexities relating to their particular area of work. This unit provides the opportunity for students to both expand their legal educational framework and to undertake an extensive practical activity, relating their experience to this legal framework.
