Synopsis

This unit will examine a number of key issues and problems related  to
the   education  of  the  gifted.  Issues  to  be  discussed   include
identification  of  the gifted, establishment of school  programs  and
problems  associated with teaching the gifted. Alternative  approaches
to a differentiated education for the gifted will be studied.
