Synopsis

The unit examines the development of proposals, proposal appraisal and
post  project  review.  Proposal inputs such  as  project  definition,
preliminary  planning  and estimation, risk and uncertainty  analysis,
environmental   impact  studies,  benefit  and  cost  estimation   and
feasibility  studies  will  be examined. Traditional  and  discounting
appraisal   techniques,  particularly  in  the  light  of   risk   and
uncertainty, will also be examined.
