Synopsis
This unit focuses on ways in which second language learning can be
organized in classrooms for primary school in particular. As the
teacher develops the four macroskills of listening, speaking, reading
and writing, grammar and vocabulary are taught and learned in context.
An appropriate cultural environment is developed and the language is
taught in a communicative way.
