Synopsis

This  unit deals with the theory and practices of industrial relations
in  the  workplace. Students will become familiar with the theory  and
strategies of negotiation and agreement-making, employee participation
and  empowerment with the various aspects of grievance resolution  and
some of the ethical issues associated with industrial relations.
