In this unit, students will study water chemistry, water quality, water treatment, soil and atmospheric chemistry and chemical pollutants; air, heavy metal and toxic organics, with a major emphasis on the associated analytical testing and sampling procedures. The unit is supported by appropriate laboratory and field work.
