Synopsis

Students  enrolled  in  specifically Music courses  will  continue  to
develop  expertise  in  the  areas of  teaching  repertoire,  teaching
principles,  musical  concepts, specific instrumental  techniques  and
musical  literacy.  Studies in the psychology  of  human  and  musical
development will also be commenced.

Focus  in  this unit is on the teaching of students up to third  grade
level.   As this unit follows from unit 91513/91523 students  will  be
required to develop their expertise in each of the designated areas to
a more advanced level.

Bachelor  of Arts Music History Major students will study  in  greater
depth music of the Pre-Baroque and Baroque periods.

Only Teaching students can enrol in this unit in external mode.
