Pre-requisite: Undergraduate Corporate Law Course

Synopsis

The  course seeks to cover areas of corporate law which often  receive
little  coverage in an undergraduate degree such as Public  Companies,
Takeovers and Corporate Finance. It also deals with management issues,
for example director's liabilities, corporate offences and the role of
the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
