As well as surveys at itSMF conferences, with my colleagues I have conducted interviews with many service managers in Australia, USA and UK. I have extended the USQ ITSM research group to include international researchers interested in IT Service Management including Dr Sue Conger (Dallas), Dr Jon Iden (Norway), Dr Neil McBride (UK), Dr Axel Hochstein (Switzerland), Assoc Prof Carol Pollard (Appalachian State),Claus-P Praeg (Stuttgart) and Elisabeth Frisk (Sweden).
