The Struts are 6mm aluminium rod. For adjustment I glued a short length of dowel in one end of the tubes, then drilled a hole and glued a peice of threaded rod in.

On my first flight I used an 18*10 prop and it gave great thrust but the flight time was a little low, so I changed down to a 16*10 , the performance was still good and the flight was now in the 5 to 6min span. This was with 1400 cells, with GP3300's it's now over 10min.

6*4mm spruce was used to join the elevator halves and tail wheel steering is easy to setup using the rudder. I use a piece of tube glued to the bottom of the rudder to let the wire slide through, so any misalignment of the hinge line doesn't cause any binding.

Motor arming switch and scale instrument panel?( ha ha ha!!)
