Remnant Vegetation in Agricultural Landscapes:

  • Pasture and habitat monitoring for grazing managementAustralia

  • Integrating paddock and catchment planning a wool producer approach to sustainable landscape management (PDF 320.7Kb) (Land & Water Australia: Land Water & Wool Program)

  • Ecological services and the sustainable use of remnant vegetation in the Brigalow Bioregion of southern Queensland.

  • Patterns of land use change in the eastern Darling Downs: implications for regional sustainability.

  • Patch dynamics and ecology of remnant vegetation in the eastern Darling Downs, south-east Queensland.

Vegetation-Animal Interactions and Habitat Ecology:

  • Community structure and habitat characteristics of semi-arid insects. In collaboration with Mark Breitfuss (Biology, USQ) and Dr Chris Hill (QEPA).

  • Habitat preferences of small ground-dwelling mammals in Ravensbourne National Park, south-east Queensland. In collaboration with Skye Page & Dr Kerry Wither (Biology, USQ)

  • Effects of land use on ground-dwelling invertebrates in regrowth Brigalow communities, southern Queensland. In collaboration with Haley-Megan Aston (Biology, USQ) and Dr Chris Chilcott.
