3. Director of the Community and Organisational Research Unit.

My PhD students to date include:

1. Dr. Nancey Hoare (awarded 2007). Nancey's topic was Psychological factors influencing job-search behaviour and employment outcomes in the unemployed.

2. Richard Burns (currently enrolled). Richard's topic is The relationship between workplace climate, psychological well-being, and subjective well-being.
