Current Position: Web & Teaching Resources Development Officer, Faculty of Business, USQ

• Initiate and manage training and development projects to increase the efficiency of learning and teaching within the Faculty
• Lead, coordinate and promote:
• Models of good practice among faculty course leaders
• Emerging trends in learning & teaching course design and delivery
• New software and hardware that promote the development of new and effective course resources
• Design, development and evaluation of innovative teaching resources for course leaders
• Facilitate the development of teaching and learning resources that meet the needs of Course Leaders for innovative and effective programs
• Member of the Faculty LTEC Committee providing advice, coordinating activities and planning and developing templates and processes to enhance course development
• Involvement in USQ and Faculty committees and projects
  eg CMA Development Committee, ICE Development Committee, Electronic Assignment Submission System Project, FOB Index Project
• Researching & developing knowledge management portal
• Researching, blueprinting and developing Intranet for Faculty (FOBIndex)
• Editor, Faculty of Business Website
• Provide support training to academic staff using USQ learning platforms
• Liaise with key personnel on developing processes and updates to WebCT and EPIC
