This website is designed to be a resource for students and colleagues who are interested in forensic, clinical, and neuropsychological assessment. The buttons in the frame on the left can be used to navigate the site and indicate:

CV: My curriculum vitae. This includes links (where available) to universities at which I have studied and places that I have worked.

Posters: This page contains posters, workshops, and presentations that I and my students have given at national and international conferences.

Theses: This page contains research theses completed by students under my supervision.  Often these documents will be complete and more extensive versions of posters or other presentations. Those interested in viewing a thesis should contact me at senior@usq.edu.au.

Assessment: This resource is primarily designed for students taking my graduate and undergraduate units in Assessment. This page contains sample interpretations, reports, and methods of test data analysis. The approach to assessment that I adopt and promote is actuarially-based hypothesis testing. I refer to this as the Australian Actuarial Approach (I'm just trying to outdo Dr.  Edith Kaplan and her Boston Process Approach - she has a city, I have a whole country, hah!)

Forensics: This page contains links and files that relate to forensic (primarily medicolegal) assessment such as specialty guidelines, ethics codes, etc.

Test Norms: This page gives access to the Australian normative data that I have for a number of cognitive and psychosocial tests. The page indicates the tests for which we have developed normative data but access to the actual data is password protected to maintain test security. Information is supplied as to who can gain access and how.

History: This page reproduces some historical papers and treatises that relate to Psychology, Assessment, Medicine, and Forensics and includes some works of Broca, Spearman, Thorndike, Terman, Cronbach, and Galton.

Links: This page lists websites that I find invaluable in my clinical work and research.

PSY3010: This page contains material for students taking unit 69301 Assessment of Behaviour. It contains material relevant to assignment 2 and the final examination.

Please note that any information that has been password protected is accessed through the Test Norms button (regardless of whether or not the information relates to test norms!)
