Fundraising to send 5 girls from Vanuatu to high school

The Women's Network is supporting 5 young girls from North Amryn Island in Vanuatu to attend high school in boarding schools in Vanuatu.

Yarners Group

The Yarners are a group of knitters who meet on the 4th Thursday of each month between 12noon and 1.00pm.  Their current projects are blankets for the Salvation Army Winter Appeal and blankets for premmie babies at the Toowoomba Hospital.

If you can't knit come along for a yarn and relax at lunchtime.

Magazine Recycling

The Women's Network has commenced a Magazine Recycling Project.  Bring your old magazines (any topic) and swap them for something different.  The room will be open on the 4th Thursday of each month at 12noon-1.00pm.  Come and say hi to the yarners as well.
