The Administrative Access Scheme allows access to routine information, held by USQ, without the need for a formal application under the Right to Information Act or the Information Privacy Act.
Anyone can apply for information, however, there is no guarantee that access will be given. Any information, irrespective of format, may be accessed under the scheme. In certain circumstances, the University may expunge some information before providing it.
Under the existing USQ Administrative Access Scheme students and employees can access (under supervision) their own student or employee file while other information held by the University may be accessible by the public.
If you are a USQ student, please email Enterprise Information Management Services.
For USQ employees, please contact Human Resources Client Services.
Further information regarding access and how to apply is available.
