Council may delegate its responsibilities to an appropriately qualified member of the University Council, an appropriately qualified committee that includes one or more members of the University Council or to an appropriately qualified member of the University’s staff. The power to adopt the University’s budget may not be delegated. A delegation to the Vice-Chancellor may be sub-delegated to an appropriately qualified member of the University’s staff.
