The USQ Strategic Plan (PDF 631KB) sets out key theme activities for the period 2016-2020 and captures three pillars – Education, Research and Enterprise which form the foundation of our strategies.

The USQ Academic Plan 2019-2022 (available on the USQ Intranet) provides a clear framework to strengthen quality and excellence in USQ’s program portfolio; learning and teaching; and the student experience.

The USQ Alumni Strategic Plan 2017 - 2019 (PDF 317KB) serves to achieve USQ's goals to engage and support our alumni. The USQ Alumni Strategic plan was updated after the Australia Global Alumni Engagement Strategy was launched. This strategy commits the government to a coordinated, cohesive approach to alumni engagement and identifies Australia's universities as important partners.
