R&J 3-Ways: Shakespeare tour to Schools

USQ performance of Romeo and Juliet

If working on a Shakespeare play is all about interpretation, then R&J 3-Ways is a triple treat! The 2018 USQ Shakespeare production will comprise of three dramatic interpretations of Shakespeare’s iconic teen tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. Each 45-50 minute performance will interrogate Shakespeare’s text from a contemporary standpoint.

Travelling with a complete package of participatory workshops, learning resources and additional curricular-connected activities R&J 3-Ways will travel direct to your school (if you are within 30 minutes of one of our campuses) from:

Tuesday 1 May - Friday 11 May 2018.

R&J 3-Ways marks a complete change to USQ’s approach to producing Shakespeare. We aim to demystify the texts, make the interpretive and creative process accessible to our audiences, and provide an engaged inter-active experience of the texts from a contemporary point of view.
