The aim of this course is to address key administrative structures and processes essential to the functioning of organisations in residential and community aged care services. The significance of the role of human resource management and budgetary considerations in aged care settings will be addressed in view of a rapidly changing health care system. Relationships between health care providers and the older adult are analysed in terms of the responsibilities importance remove and influence of the role of health professionals.
